Rising H.E.R.™ is the youth mentorship extension of Black Women Who Mentor—designed specifically for girls, teens, and undergraduate women who are navigating identity, confidence, leadership, and belonging.

This program provides a safe, affirming, culturally aligned community where she is:

• Honored for who she is today 
• Empowered with mentorship and skills 
• Rising into who she is becoming
   

Rising H.E.R.™ is not just mentorship—
it’s an identity-shaping experience built on representation, sisterhood, and truth.

HONORED
She begins her journey knowing she is seen and valued.
Her identity, story, and lived experience matter.

EMPOWERED
She is given the tools, guidance, and support to grow her voice, skills, and confidence.

RISING
She steps into leadership, purpose, academic achievement, self-awareness, and future-focused clarity.

This is where she learns to rise with courage, confidence, and community.

Foundations in confidence, belonging, identity, and emotional expression.

Leadership, self-advocacy, voice, goal-setting, and preparing for what’s next.

Career identity, networking, purpose discovery, internships, and early adulthood navigation.

At every stage of the Rising H.E.R.™ pathway, participants are recognized for their courage, leadership, and commitment to becoming the best version of themselves. Each young woman receives a Certificate of Completion tailored to her developmental track, marking her growth and celebrating her rising journey.

These certificates are more than paper — they are affirmations of identity, milestones of empowerment, and stepping stones toward future leadership and mentorship opportunities within the We Are H.E.R.™ movement.

Designed for middle school participants, this certificate honors:
