🌸 Black Women Who Mentor ™– FAQ Hub

This experience is designed for Black women who feel called to mentor, support others, or deepen their leadership through intentional reflection and community. All backgrounds are welcome. 

No. This program meets you where you are. Whether you are new to mentoring or already supporting others, the cohort is designed to support growth, clarity, and confidence.  

•  Weekly live sessions (Zoom) 
• Guided reflection and integration between sessions 
• Replays are available if a session is missed  

Participants are encouraged to engage consistently to support both personal and collective growth. 

 All participants must purchase the Purple Harvest Trilogy, which serves as the core reflective companion throughout the experience.

(Purchased separately via Amazon.) 

Replays are available for all live sessions. Participants are still encouraged to complete reflections and remain engaged with the cohort.

Matches are thoughtfully facilitated based on application responses, lived experience, personal goals, and alignment — not hierarchy or status. 

Participants who complete the full cohort experience will receive:

• A Certificate of Completion 
• Eligibility for the Certified Mentor of Legacy™ credential (issued separately, where applicable)

Yes. Registration includes access to the live cohort experience, guided sessions, community engagement, and course resources.

The Purple Harvest Trilogy is purchased separately.  (Enrollment & Pricing HERE.) 

To ensure a high-quality, relational experience, each cohort must meet a minimum enrollment threshold. If that threshold is not met, participants will be notified prior to the start date and given the option to transfer to the next cohort or receive a full refund 

Step into a guided, relational space designed for growth, alignment, and legacy. 

The self-paced course is fully independent and on-demand. There are no live sessions, no required meetings, and no cohort schedule. You move through the content at your own pace, on your own timeline, while engaging in a structured and intentional learning experience. 

The course is designed as a 14-module guided journey, but there are no deadlines. You may begin anytime and complete the course at a pace that works best for you. 

Yes. Each module includes written reflections, guided prompts, and intentional exercises designed to support personal and professional growth.

There are no graded submissions and no presentations required. 

Yes. Upon completion of all required modules, participants receive the
Certified Mentor of Legacy – Black Women Who Mentor™ Certificate of Completion. 

Yes. The Purple Harvest Trilogy is a required companion to the course and must be purchased separately via Amazon. These texts are integrated throughout the learning experience. 

Peer connection is optional. Participants may engage in occasional community challenges or private updates, but participation is not required to complete the course. 

 Yes. The course includes a welcome video and optional check-in videos throughout. A special closing message from the founder is included at the end of the course. 

 Yes. This is a fully flexible, self-paced experience. You are welcome to take additional time as needed to complete the course. 

Yes. Participation includes a registration fee that covers access to the full self-paced course, downloadable resources, and the certificate of completion.
